I know what it feels like to lose yourself while holding everything together.
I'm Stacy Crawley — Transformational Coach, speaker, mom of four, and author of Becoming Her. I know what it means to go through so much that you don't recognize the woman looking back at you in the mirror.
I lived it. Divorce. Being torn down by people I trusted. Losing myself so completely in roles and responsibilities that I forgot I was a woman with her own identity, her own voice, her own purpose.
For a long time, I believed my worth was tied to how much I could do for everyone else. I stayed silent when I should have spoken up and carried responsibilities that were never mine to carry.
It was through faith, healing, and learning to see myself the way God sees me that I began to find my way back to myself. God wasn't asking me to become someone new. He was inviting me to return to the woman He created me to be all along. That realization changed everything.
Because I've been
Where your are.
Today, I have the privilege of helping faith-driven women rediscover who they are and become the women God created them to be through private coaching, speaking, writing, and practical, faith-centered encouragement.
My goal isn't to give women another list of things to do. It's to help them release the weight of their past, reclaim their identity and worth, and confidently become the woman God created them to be.
Because I believe every woman deserves to know she isn't broken. She's becoming.
"To help faith-driven women who have lost themselves — release the weight of their past, reclaim their identity and worth, and confidently become the woman God created them to be."
This is not just a business statement. It is the reason I get up every morning. Because I was her. I know exactly what it costs a woman to hold everything together on the outside while quietly falling apart on the inside.
I believe every woman has a God-given identity that was never lost — only buried. Under the roles. Under the responsibilities. Under years of showing up for everyone but herself.
My work is to help her come home to the woman God created her to be. Not to who everyone else needs her to be — but to who she has always been.
LET'S TALKThe beliefs that guide
my coaching.
Identity is the foundation
You cannot build a life you love on a foundation of roles and expectations. Before purpose, before clarity, before confidence — you need to know who you actually are. That is where we start.
Faith is the lens
Faith informs everything I do — but I don't gatekeep with it. I work with women who are spiritually grounded but personally lost, and I meet every woman exactly where she is.
Freedom is not selfish — it is obedient
A boundary is not a wall. It is a gate — you decide who gets access. You cannot become who you were created to be while still being who everyone else needs you to be.
Worth is not earned — it is assigned
Your value is not determined by your productivity, your performance, or other people's approval. You were made on purpose, with purpose. That truth does not change. It only needs to be remembered.
You are not your past.
You are becoming.
