I'm Stacy Crawley — a speaker, author of Becoming Her, and Certified Transformation Coach. I help faith-driven women who have lost themselves in roles, responsibilities, or painful life transitions reclaim their identity and worth, trust their voice, and become the women God created them to be. I know what it means to carry so much that you no longer recognize the woman looking back at you in the mirror.
I lived it. Divorce. Being torn down by people I trusted. Losing myself so completely in roles and responsibilities that I forgot I was a woman with her own identity, her own voice, her own purpose.
For a long time, I believed my worth was tied to how much I could do for everyone else. I stayed silent when I should have spoken up and carried responsibilities that were never mine to carry.
It was through faith, healing, and learning to see myself the way God sees me that I began to find my way back to myself. God wasn't asking me to become someone new. He was inviting me to return to the woman He created me to be all along. That realization changed everything.

This is personal to me because I have been that woman. I know what it costs to hold everything together on the outside while quietly losing yourself on the inside.
I believe the woman beneath the roles, responsibilites, and expectations has not disappeared. She may have been buried beaneath years of showing up for everyone but herself, but she is still there.
Through speaking, writing, and coaching, I help women reconnect with who they are, recognize the value they carry, and take courageous steps toward the life they were created to live.

Identity is the foundation
You cannot build a life you love on a foundation of roles and expectations. Before purpose, before clarity, before confidence — you need to know who you actually are. That is where transformation begins.
Faith is the lens
Faith informs everything I do. My work is grounded in truth, compassion, and meeting women with grace right where they are.
Freedom is not selfish — it is obedient
A boundary is not a wall. It is a gate — you decide who gets access. You cannot become who you were created to be while still being who everyone else needs you to be.
Worth is not earned — it is assigned
Your value is not determined by your productivity, your performance, or other people's approval. You were made on purpose, with purpose. That truth does not change. It only needs to be remembered.
You are not your past.
You are becoming.
